With great fanfare, Indian created a custom project called “Forged” using a Sport Chief base. Of the builders selected for the project,the only one from outside of the US was Tokyo's wunderkind, Yuto Komatsu of Humongous. Let's see how sensibilities developed in a place where a square sky, concrete,asphalt,and the dull color of steel dominate one's field of view transformed the Sport Chief.

In 2000, he became the first person to complete a backflip in an FMX competition, creating a frenzy around the world.
An innovator in the FMX world, he has created numerous famous tricks including his signature trick, the“Hart attack.”

The debut of the current M8 Series marked the end of the line for the H-D Twin Cam, which was produced from 1999 to 2017. Of the Twin Cams built during this 18-year period, the FXD (aka“Dyna”) models are particularly popular. They are currently highly sought after not only by those wanting the leading Twin Cam models but also by fans of sports cruisers with rubber-mounted engines. In this special feature, we take a close look at the FXDP“Defender,”a police bike that has the most passionate cult following of all the TC Dyna machines.

In 2013, BMW commemorated its 90th anniversary with the release of the R nineT. Equipped with an air/oil-cooled engine, it was a motorcycle built with customization in mind, a new concept for the company. The custom projects that followed were a success, and several derivative models were created, leading to the recent boom the Heritage series has been experiencing. 10 years after the nineT’s release, BMW has developed the successors to the lineage: the R 12 nineT and the R 12.
